I'm wondering if someone out there can tell me the legal status of Junker "Salvager" Frigates within Liberty, Bretonia and Rheinland please??

Should be legal, now the Pirate Train is illegal in most houses <.<

Ptrain is legal in Rheinland and in Bretonia if flown by a Junker.
