Hogosha have been the middle man on business between Kusari and the Corsairs, in the same way that GC is the partner for the Outcasts in Kusari.
The changes in the laws legalizing the artifact trade in Kusari have on one hand have turned the hogosha dealings into legitimate business (coupled with hogosha "no piracy in Kusari rule", and Corsair law "no piracy in Kusari space" rule). On the other hand, it also opened the gamma trade to the other Kusari corporations, meaning that the Samura with their active members have taken the main role in the relations, sidestepping the Hogosha (like the hogosha did to the GMG, OH the IRONY!!).
Of course many hogosha would resent Samura messing with their dealings and profits, but Samura can't do anything about it (read the ID). They could get friendlier with Kishiro, but Kishiro aren't as versatile as Samura in shady dealings, and they're too close to GMG too.
Hogosha can use their rather lack of criminal history to infiltrate Rheinland and Liberty and Gallia (and edges of Bretonia). The main problem of this is the well established presence of the Junkers, and the lack of Corsair aligned unlawful factions in Liberty.
Samura and Kishiro are allowed to trade with Artifacts for almost 3 years now. And maybe longer. This has nothing to do with the changes in Kusari to a Republic. Kishiro or Samura just shouldn't go to other houses with Artifacts. Now THAT would be silly....
Interesting discussion we are having here.
This has been going on for some time now and we have had this discussion a few times with different people over the years.
The Corsairs and Samura have had a history of trade and cooperation for a while now so some people might not remember how or why it was started and the different facets of the arrangement.
Samura has the largest trade fleet in Sirius and goes to more locations than any of it's competitors, as such we naturally share some areas with both the Outcasts and Corsairs.
While the Outcasts have made it their business to try and infiltrate Kusari many times over history and seem to want to bring down the people by enslaving them, the Corsairs from our POV have mainly filled the role of raiders looking for supplies.
Around the year 801AS, Samura lost a vital role in the GMG H-Fuel distribution network which brought about a substantial reduction in income and which had to be overcome.
Coupled with Bretonia's instigation of a conflict in the Tau systems and Samura's position was starting to look threatened.
It was only a matter of time before we started to look for new untapped markets that we could get our greasy fingers into.
Once we studied the severely under utilised market in the lower Omicrons which just happened to be the enemy of our enemy, we knew what was best for Samura and what had to be done.
Samura moving into the market was not quite the same as what the Hogosha did to the GMG, infact the roles of those concerned differed in a few ways.
Samura began discussion with the Hogosha before making any real moves in the Corsair market, and we did not push them out with our efforts either.
The Hogosha have a reliable network in place to redistribute the product returned from Gamma to the Kusari market as well as further on down to Liberty.
Seeing no need to replace this network Samura only transports any product we happen to carry onto Hogosha hands where they take over and do their thing.
All artifacts that Samura does not keep for itself are redistributed by the Hogosha to either Kansei, the rest of Kusari or Liberty as the Hogosha see fit, Samura do not sell to any other party.
The negotiations were done with the blessing of the Hogosha leaders and we are more of a glorified trucking company in our role than the big nasty invaders of their market.
While we do sometimes carry Artifacts from Gamma directly to Kusari, you can not forget that we have our own business out that way as well.
Bringing in the Alien Organisms from Planet Kurile, perhaps the most important Planet Kusari has, is our main role in that area of space.
Without Kurile the entire Kusari seafood market will collapse, causing large scale starvation issues for Kusari.
Combine this with all of Samura's other business obligations and it is clear to see that we have not turned into a massive artifact orientated shipping cartel.
Now while we do ship humanitarian aid to the Corsairs and know what risks we have to face, we are comfortable to think that it is indeed worth it.
For instance most groups that any one here deals with has shady dealings, whether it is sympathies for criminal groups or trading with groups others consider larger enemies than the Corsairs.
But such is business.
Samura is able to move goods quickly, quietly and efficiently for our customers.
We have the largest infrastructure in place as well as the largest trade network.
You can cut us out and those assets will go to the use of your enemy, while you find a few other companies to take the place of the one you lost at greater prices.
Or you could just make sure we follow your laws and do the best we can to fulfill your needs as our valued client.
There is a large list of groups that have these sort of dealings, it is nothing new in Freelancer

So, I would like to ask, what Samura could give to Corsairs ( I mean, how high risk they going to take. Just a basic food or consumer goods supplyer, or something near to industrial partner?)
And, what actualy, Samura could have from Corsairs? Artifacts, or may be some other support?
The reason Im asking, is, that I have made Samura IDed Special Porpouse Ship, which should supply Corsairs. Hogosha & Farmer aliance can't openly travel in other sirius houses, while Samura transport easely can and has access to most of trade goods. And, as soon, I want to have some RP on that char, not just a trader, how deep could grow such relations with Corsairs, and, it's not going to raise some difficultles with offical Samura factions.
Cheers, Thanks!
To answer your original question, first let me say "go for it."
Samura originally took many other goods to Gamma than "food", however the economy was changed and "food" really is the best item for trade purposes.
However if you wish to take any other goods you feel they need then the sky is your limit.
About what can Corsairs offer Samura, well number one is artifacts, however you could also take goods to Kurile and then take A.O. back to Kusari.
When it comes to personal relationships to the Corsairs, well that is rntirely up to you and can get as deep as you wish, don't worry about the official faction, your efforts will not harm them.

Seems there are still many things I do not know about the evolution of Discovery history, and I thank those who came before me for their insight. Apologies if I approached the case in the wrong way
It's good to know the goals of Samura in the Sigmas and Omicrons, and how they relate to the Hogosha activities, without taking weight from their partnership with the Corsairs.

The Corsairs also had a much less clear legal situation in Kusari back when the FA were semi-legal (or see Gaians still), so it isn't quite the same. I seem to recall Bretonian lawfuls dealing with Outcasts at one point, too.
Personally, I prefer some other solutions to trade situations with Samura, and perhaps we'll even get there someday.

The main goal would be to expand and establish a trade monopoly in the Omicrons, or barring that a major share. The Hogosha could and would still work alongside or with Samura, as they have their own part of the market really.
In what may be closer to a factional goal, though not at all inconsistent with the npc faction, is establishing a secure route to Sigma-17 that avoids GMG space. Or barring that, a mostly secure secondary route. That way Kurile can keep producing long lived people and keeping Junyo great.
