This transmission is to formally voice my displeasure at my recent dealings with both the RS| barges and the military captains escorting them. A mere few hours after an issue with them attempting to transport fertilizers which are clearly not allowed in their license, an issue I believe Obsert Walthers himself was called in to help deal with they were again found breaking said license. This time I believe on the return trip.

In both cases the military captains assigned to escort them were extremely rude and insisted I was in the wrong regarding their barge captains cargo. In the second instance in which i was ultimately forced to disable the barges engines due to their repeated refusal to stop or even admit they were hauling iridium in violation of their license. Even the captain who was apparently escorting them at the time repeatedly insisted that they were not hauling iridium, despite the fact that I had caught them redhanded offloading it onto the planet. They even attempted to blatently jettison their cargo into space and claim ignorance. If needed a full log of all transmissions during this event may be submitted, for now only image evidence of their violations is being uploaded.
