Greetings, Arbiter.
I am contacting you to ask for your assistance.
The Warlord Moka seems to have gone and got himself into a spot of bother.
Or.... In other words, We have no idea where hes gone.

Rumor has it he was captured by the police.
Unfortunately it would work in with the fact that we managed to retrieve the Disaster.
The Dreadnaught is damaged, the crew are all gone.
The only problem being, and this confuses us, there was no sign of a fight.

Anyway..... I'll get to the point.
What I am asking of you, is nothing too difficult.
In-fact, chances are you wont even need to go out of your way to do it.
I would like to know if you and your boys can keep an eye and an ear out for him.

Oh, also, As an added note.
Until he gets back, you will be talking to either myself, or Thing.
Since the other Underbosses are largely, well.... Presumed to be dead
We'll just have to make do.

Good to finally meet you but a shame that it has to be under these circumstances.
This latest turn of events is indeed disturbing to say the least.
Especially considering you say there was no sign of a fight.
Knowing Moka and what hes capable of.. going down without a fight isn't like him.
For someone like him not fighting isn't even an option given his character.
He'd fight even if it wasn't necessary or called for.
He would never back down from a brawl.
Hell he would be the first to find a reason to start one!
So no signs of a struggle is deeply concerning to me.
Rest assured I will be looking into this matter personally.
No expense will be spared in our efforts to find Lord Moka.
Don't lose hope but prepare yourself to accept whatever we may find.
We will not abandon you or leave him behind.

I have to admit, I'd rather there be better circumstances around this,
But, it is good to know that you are still happy to help.
And being honest, as much as I hate to admit it, we need help.

I am glad to know I'm not the only one to find the circumstances around his disappearance to be....
Well, you said it best, he'll be the first to find a reason to start a fight.
There was no blood, no bullets, nothing was left behind..... Just, nothing.
This is what has us all stumped here.

The only clues the ship has given us so far is quite extensive exterior damage, and the engines are shot to bits.
So, it's basically lot of stuff I'm not even going to try to pretend that I understand.
The black box is corrupt - but we have some guys trying to pull what they can from it.
Also, Moka being Moka, he wanted the ship flying before we got a chance to install some form of security cameras.

Go figure, right?

I just don't understand how an entire dreadnought crew can just.... Disappear.

Hello again Tori..
Alright lets get straight down to business.
While I know you all have surveyed the damage and discovered the black box was corrupt.
Our first priority is to try and determine just what did happen.
Best way to investigate that would be by examining the ship thoroughly.
Marcus has a rather extensive database and scanning system.
He might be able to analyze the craft and perhaps discover more.
Something that might've been overlooked or undetected before.
So we would like the chance to inspect the ship up close and personal.
Would that be alright with you?

Greetings.
I had wondered if you would be interested in having a look at the ship for yourself.
You are more then welcome to do so.
It is moored at the only place we have big enough for it - The Nonsense Factory in Cassini.
If you don't know where this is, one of our boys will escort you to this location.

Normally, I would have offered to bring the ship to you,
but in its current state....
It's probably safer for all parties involved if it is left where it is.
The last thing we need is some sort of nuclear reaction killing the ship and everyone on it.

When were you wanting to do this?

I have been overseeing several operations but this matter really needs my personal attention.
To be perfectly honest I wouldn't want you to move the ship either.. may damage some critical evidence.
Now Marcus and myself will be departing from San Juan immediately.
I trust your dock masters are going to be ready to receive us.
Please let your guards know we will be traveling secretly, silently and secured.
They will not see us until were ready to moor.
Ship is fueling up and setting the coordinates now.
Keep your head up darlin.. were on the way!
