Kyushu Trade Alliance would like to offer a proposal, in which both Kishiro and KTA would ally themselves in cold-war against Samura Industries, who harrass both Kishiro and GMG with their "dogs" - the Hogosha.
In return, we can offer trading goods between Kishiro and non-Kusarian companies, such as those in Rheinland or - rather unofficially - in Bretonia. Every source of income and goods could be useful in those uneasy times.
Should be KTA caught red handed on trade with Bretonia corporations - you are free to declare officially that KTA and Kishiro are not bound by any alliance.

My apologies I haven't responded sooner. Kishiro has been very busy lately.
Your proposal sounds intriguing and we have been considering it. Though we do want to see Samura burn, Kishiro has not taken any violent actions against Samura lately. Our goal right now is to Strengthen Kusari and its people.
On the other hand it would be handy to have KTA at our disposal in the future. So we have decided to accept your proposal. We should Continue this discussion in person. I look foward to seeing you on Shinigawa station wing C, in the administration section. I will have my Secretary confirm an appointment with you at your best convenience.

The newest events force us to a different approach.
After the in-company voting, we are still unsure what to do in case of Samura-Kishiro relationships, but we decided to take neither side in the Coprorate Cold War.
Instead, we take the same goal of strengthening Kusari and we think that in some way Samura and Hogosha (we must sadly agree that those gangsters also bring some stability to the Kusari, such as absense of Junkers - we do not, however, accept all their actions) serve Kusari in their own way.
Due to the recent events, further wars would be unwanted, as like those between Samura and Kishiro. We are not sure, but we must came with a very unexpected proposal:
Leadership or representants of Kishiro, Samura, GMG and perhaps even Hogosha should meet and start negotiations.
We know that Kishiro and GMG would be pleased with such idea, but we are not sure about Samura nor Hogosha - but they could accept the idea, since the current nation, after change, is unstable and can be crippled in no time. We do not expect much, but Non-Agression Pact between all four factions would be enough in these turbulent times, when newly founded Republic is a very fragile at the moment.
Kusari needs stability.
