400 million for a Red Hessian Cruiser Replacement

So, for obvious pan-cake-bird reasons, the Red Hessian Army needs to get rid of its star wars cruiser and is looking for someone who can replace it.

Design:

• it should be classical, not gothic
  
• thanks to AoM, we regard hessian ships as the sleeker kind of rheinland ships.
  
• it should be flat. rather OC-BC flat than RM-C flat (-> horizontal)
  
• use the Red Hessian Gunboat as inspiration, but don't attach random barrels to the wing-tips please
  
• Wings are no obligation
  
• Think about an accurate hit-box BEFORE making the model, please.
  

Order of events:

• Models presented by different modelers will be criticized and eventually changed/adjusted.
  
• We will decide with which modeler we want to work together and ask him to texture his baby
  
• Texture feedback phase
  
• 200 mil will be transfered after submission
  
• 200 mil will be transfered after it made its way into the mod
  

along with this, we need a second texture for the "rheinland pirate cruiser". it is regarded to be the prototype version of the red hessian cruiser (inRP). therefor, hull plates should be missing in some places so one can see technological stuff like wires etc.
