Guten tag, herr Golanski.
Red Hessian Army Oberkommando have a proposal for you. As you're aware, many of our common enemies have risen their heads last months. Namely-The Core and Sentinels Artificial Intelligences. Also, we are not forgetting about those, who were always endangering hessian people - Corsairs and Nomads.
Oberkommando decided to expand operations of Red Hessian Army within deeper Omicrons for preemptive strikes deep within enemy territory (or even behind it's lines in case of Corsairs), but faced problems with logistics and navigation. Currently, our ships simply can't go further than Omicron Gamma, or they're risking to be lost in unknown space without supplies. You know, that Zoners don't like when their bases are used as staging grounds for war and the only other group which might be able to help us is The Order.
We need hangars and fuel for our ships and quarters for our pilots. In exchange we offer our direct help against numerous common enemies.
It is easily understood that we do share a lot of enemies in edge worlds. We also respect your need to strike upon yours (and as well ours) enemies from whole new flank. While your request is not unsound there are certain technical difficulties we have to address before this deal can come to fruition.
We have currently no strategically viable installation to base your squadrons from. Our enclaves are distant and remote, highly disconnected locations void of worries about conflicts that rage across Sirius. However, we are interested in keeping listening posts and forward operations bases across Sirius as soon it becomes an opportunity. Until such possibility arises - say in Omicron Delta or Kappa - we are unable to support Hessians logistically in deep Omicrons.
With above concerns in mind, this operation of yours will have to be postponed. Yet consider this: as soon we deploy military outpost closer to our enemies, be sure that we will remember and call back upon your offer when this time comes. Until then, I suggest to meet in order to prepare common strategy against Corsair expansionism, bearing in mind current limitations and potential developments in near and distant future.
