We would like to request to grant us permission to provide such relief to Planet Leeds. We would like to know what are the requirements for us to do so.

We have reviewed your request and we are happy for your Organisation to provide this Humanitarian Aid to the People of Leeds. There are no Special Licences required for this aid. We do request, though, that you read and understand the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law before your Organisation proceed.

We do have some concerns though. With the ongoing war with Gallia and their constant attacks on New London we cannot afford to provide constant escorts for your safety. Our Officers will be instructed to offer any aid that they may feel they are able to do at the time.

The only access to Leeds, from Bretonia, that will be allowable are the anomalies in Manchester and Magellan. The anomalies in New London and Dublin are restricted areas.

We must warn you that the Gallics have a very strong presence in Leeds so we stress that you think, seriously, on these endeavours before hand.

If you insist in continuing we suggest that you contact Mister Aces of the Junkers. We believe he resides at The Junkyard, in Inverness. We also believe he is the Leader of these Junkers and that they have a vast experience in getting supplies on to and refugees off of Planet Leeds. Their experience would probably be of immense value to you in your endeavour.
