Need some account help.

So I had to reinstall my game, and had no idea that my server characters were saved locally so I don't have the account code (i got generated a new one when i relogged back into the server)

so how can I get my ships and stuff back?

Depending on how many accounts and ships you had, the easiest would be to tell the Admins one of two ship names per account, they then should be able to see the ships on each account and set movechar codes for each one.
