Kyushu-Tomioka Alliance is forwarding an official objection against JM actions on our vessels. This is open violation of Kusari-Bretonia Trade Agreement, by which KTA is bound. [Two of our vessels were sunk inside Kusari borders, however on route to Bretonia.] For your information, our route goes by at least TWO Houses that accept Junker Marauders' presence - and Junkers' as a whole.
Kingdom of Bretonia will be informed about your doing. T&T, as a company in-trade with all Junker factions, has been already informed.
However, any further hostile actions and threats against KTA from JM side will be treated as act of piracy and KTA will fill official request of invalidation of Junker Marauders' legal status as a faction accepted inside Bretonian borders.

We too see the rising levle of aggression that the traders of KTA and our traders have to endure in the Kepler <> Shikoku corridor with concern.
Any measures to reduce the level of hate and aggression here will be met with our approval and support.
If there is a possibility to deescalate the current conflict or if some negotiations can commence we will be available on short notice.
We must clarify some matters to T&T and to JM, especially to JM. Sometimes things that seem to be easy are not so easy after deeper analysis. Yes, we are working under Samura colours, but were you even thinking why such a small company have joined such a moloch that Samura is? KTA had started as a bunch of people from Kyushu, then some people of Tomioka have joined. We had no ties, being neutral to both Samura and Kishiro. But then, something has changed.
Toori Takeda, old man, a farmer from Kyushu, was killed. Officially, either GMG or Blood Dragons were to blame. But his son, Kastuyori Takeda, his son (who sadly snapped recenly and is in the Kusari prison), knew the true that perhaps it was an assassination attempt to threaten freedom of KTA. Instead of standing ground and open objection, he had joined Samura. Yet he joined them for one more thing: Farmers Alliance and Hogosha surely would not like a tading faction, who is not Samura, to roam freely in Kyushu and Tomioka. He did it not for money - he did it for safety.
He could join Kishiro, you would say. But in Kishiro ranks, he would not have access to their home that is Planet Kyushu and planet Tomioka. Moreover, he would not have a security against Farmers Alliance and Hogosha, being way more opressed than an independent faction.
So, Katsuyori made a decision to join Samura, but have decided to not to get involved into any actions against Kishiro and GMG, for example. Synth Foods are also not to be harassed by KTA and all actions that are limited in mutual cooperation (with Hogosha and Samura) is just trading. No military operations, no assaults on Junkers (made by Hogosha). In fact the only thing we do for Hogosha is delivery of Tea to their base in Okinawa and shipment of artifacs.
And here comes a very funny thing, because guess who cooperates with Hogosha in artifacts delivery? Spa and Cruise. Yes, the same Spa and Cruise that roams in Cortez, Liberty, Bretonia and other places, being even supposedly working with Gallia. So, if Spa and Cruise is working with Hogosha, why Junkers and Junker Marauders are not harassing them outside House Space?
The politics are a very delicate matter and even with sending this message we risk a lot from Hogosha side. If they knew what about we wrote, they would harass us very hard, eventually putting us away from our home in Kusari.
I wrote all this, because I think you would understand why we are under Samura colours. We are not because of profits here, we are because we were forced to do it.
And back, off this topic, to the matter of Kusari-Bretonia Trade Alliance. We can agree on a agreement that KTA can pay fines while being not currently going to Bretonia. The products we send to Bretonia (from Kusari) are mainly H-Fuel. Sometimes, we are also trading between Rheinland and Bretonia with aluminium and tea (obtained from Cortez) - but those slightly count as a Kusari-Bretonia Trade Agreement goods.
Also, as we are concerned, Junker presence in Cortez is deemed to be unable to fine pilots, because of Treaty of Curacao - I am not sure if you, Junker Marauders, honour the fact that Cortez is under Liberty-Bretonia protection, so technically this is part of both Liberty and Bretonia spaces.
Firstly, lets not jump to threats here. It doesn't get either of us anywhere.
Secondly, lets try to keep an open mind with this discussion.
Perhaps I'll focus on a more positive subject out of this negative topic; Does KTA have any interest in Gallia? We've been considering expanding into some potential markets there.
Yes, it would be bad for negotiations if both sides would not calm down. Loss of two vessels has been, however, something that KTA just cannot afford (we are just few guys with not so much money, after all).
About a trade with Gallia, we are still awaiting approval, but we are deemed to be accepted if we pay 200 million (was it?) of Gallic Franks however (what is a lot for a small like us). We however, could use a good word from Samura (who trades with Gallia) and, perhaps those Gallic Junkers - we do not know about your connections with them - to short down the fee for entance into Gallic borders.
However, to be noted, Gallia does not seem to like Kusari trading with Bretonia, but... We have not heard any problems (e.g. threats from Gallic side).
