Su cuy'gar burc'yae! We were recently on a hunt of some smugglers, I didn't belive when I saw how many of them are roaming through Liberty. The thing that is shocking is that they are using the property of the Liberty Government to take refuge. One such was CashMaker, a Junker Cardamine smuggler, who escaped us by landing on Planet Houston. Another Junker named Konata.Izumi escaped to Texas, presumably Houston again.
Concidering your recent cut on our payments I would assume you don't trust mercs, so here is the proof.

Efforts will be made to contact them for fines and arrests - something the LPI will no doubt handle - and in the likely event that that proves futile, their docking access will be revoked.
