We would like to register KTA|CV-Shukensha, a Pilgrim Liner vessel. We need a permission, as Kusari Freelance Trading Company, to refit this ship at Yukawa Shipyard and ultilize this vessel as our heavy transport and service platform. No weapon will be mounted (except for possible Mining or Repair Turrets). The vessel is brand new and has not been used for shipment of any illicit goods.

We have received your request and are currently deliberating upon the decision.
The KTA, being a corporation based and operated by Kusarians, would easily receive a favorable response regarding such matters. However, recent discussions regarding the current status of the Pilgrim Liner Class on the Kusari Lawful codex, as well as the previous background of the KTA on the government records, has made delivering such decision much harder.

We would like to update request concerning KTA|CV-Shukensha. Vessel (Pilgrim Liner Class) would be restricted to fly freely only within Eastern Honshu (Okinawa Jumpgate, Planet Honshu, Aomori Station/Sigma-19 Jumpgate, Akita Border Station, Sigma-13), because it would be most efficient route for our company between Okinawa, Sigmas and Rheinland.

KTA|CV-Shukensha will not trespass Western Honshu and any other system within Kusari Space.

With unforeseen delays in the deliberation process regarding the Pilgrim Liner Class vessels, we could not reach a definite agreement on the matter that affects your company.

Therefore, in light of the circumstances, the government of Kusari will grant a temporary 30 days (11 of October) license for operation of the vessel within limited Kusari space, as defined in your recent communication [From Planet Honshu and Akita border station, to the eastern edges of the system and GMG holdings].

The vessel is subject to the conditions you presented in your first communication [no weaponry, mining and repair equipment only, no illicit goods].

Should the 30 days come to pass, you are required to reapply for an extension to the license.

Current License will expire in November 10.

Thank you for your reply. Any mounted weaponry will be demounted (vessel have been used mainly between Bretonia and Rheinland, within the unsafe regions of Omega) and half of those money will be donated to Republic of Kusari's treasury (bank account needed).

No illicit goods will be a problem, because or company strictly oppose shipping warfare-oriented weaponry, Cardamine or any other goods of shady nature (such as Illegal Software, Gaian Lifeforms, etc.).

Our pilot will be informed about the change in her vessel and instructed to re-read carefully Kusari Law Codex on emphasis of banned goods in Kusari Space.

All the points stated in your reply, to make sure we have not missed anything:
- KTA|CV-Shunkensha is restricted to Eastern Honshu only;
- Illicit cargo is forbidden (by default as written Kusari Law Codex);
- Current license is valid from October 11th to November 10th;
- Renewal for such license is required each month.

The license for KTA|CV-Shukesha is not needed anymore, since we had to sell the vessel to fulfill our credital needs, as two of our contractors were terminated from the maps of the Sirius. The first was Nebula Complex in Kyushu System, the other being Soylent Space Port in Frankfurt System.
