Monsieur Tukker,

I have mixed thoughts of your request. I do not feel our relations are as good as to permit Tinkers & Transport to enter yet, et your sudden moving closer to us can be a bit worrying in that regard, but at the same time our neighbors, both les Discordianists et le Zenith trusting et working with you as well as what I saw after having a brief peek into your project files seem quite promising.

For now your request will be pending for approval for the next two-three weeks. During this period the activities of Tinker & Transports, Tinker MedEvac fleet et other associated sub-groups in the vicinity of Roussillon will be checked regularly et at the end your request will be re-evaluated based on that. C'est tout pour manintenant.
