Civilian Weapon Locations (possible small spoilers)

Now, I don't want the exact locations, 'coz that would be boring, but I can't even think of a logical placement for the top-end (class 8/9) civilian weapons-there's not really a "civilian" faction, and they don't really have a "ZoI". As such, any pointers would be useful (I tried places like Kurile (sells Liberty weapons...) and Freeports (sell Zoner weapons)).

In each house you have a civilian base that sells civilian guns. One of them is Roponogi in NT.
I guess you can find Debs on your own.

Anyone that's not Navy or Security Force counts as civilian... even the house police (well just the Liberty Police, Rheinland Federal Police and Kusari State Police are obviously branches of the military).

Now, different civilian companies or organizations produce certain weapons, you can't decide what is 'logical'. For example, the Debillitator Pulse Cannons are manufactured and sold only by Ageira. Now it depends on whether Ageira wants other companies or organizations to sell their own weapons on the station, or deliver the Debilitators to other weapon dealers.
