So I have been poking around Stuttgart recently and have found something...strange. Though there are tons of Synth Vs LWB Missions from the planet though from Darmstadt ( The LWB base in system) I can only find BHG/RFP missions with a rare RM. So Is the chance just really low? ( which doesn't really make sense) or is this a flaw?
