Subject : Supply Contract
We would like to begin negotiations for the supply of our new base, Adirondack Station. We would like to discuss terms for a long term contract to supply this base.
We have need of many commodities not available within the Republic and we have decided to contract for your services to obtain these goods. If this is something your company is interested in then we will discuss our needs in more detail in a future communique.
I look forward to your response,

Greetings Miss Hall,
It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Several of your ships have already assisted in the supply of Adirondack so I'm sure your aware of the state of the station and also its current needs. We would like to embark on a long term contract with DSE for the continued supply of Adirondack Station. Although we have a transport division to handle the basic supply of the station there are many commodities outside Liberty we do not have access to.
Also additional commodities may be needed as required by future construction needs.
We would like to contract with your company to supply these goods on a long term basis. We will send you regular updates about Adirondack's needs via private channels.
Due to the proposed scope of your companies involvement we feel it best to pay Deep Space Engineering a monthly payment for your services as a per delivery payment system might result in a bureaucratic nightmare. Please submit us a bid for the proposed services
I look forward to your response,

Chief Valent,
That sounds agreeable. We'll be appointing a dedicated liaison for the Adirondack project to better suit your needs. In addition to shipping, construction, and regular supplies for repairs and life support, Deep Space Engineering is willing to rent out cargo pod facilities at Baltimore Shipyard and Doe Industries Space Port for a nominal fee, to reduce the burden on your own storage.
In total, this should come to 100,000,000 s.c. per month. Please let us know if this works for you and we can discuss payment options.

Greetings Miss Hall,
Your terms have been accepted. We would also like to negotiate for the use of your cargo facilities at DISP during these early stages of construction. Please let us know where you would like the monthly payments sent to.
