Haikei, warriors of Malta:

Recently, you may have noticed a resurgence among the Sisterhood. Along with many others in Kusari, many of our number aboard Chanai and Ainu - including myself - have been galvanized to hard-hitting, proactive action once again. The Republican government that usurped its Imperial predecessor has reneged on promise after promise since coming to power, and a line has finally been crossed. Our new movement has called the Sisterhood to motion like never before - a call to arms that will send shockwaves throughout our House and beyond, and sweep aside all those who oppose us. The halls of Ainu hum once again with a righteous purpose.

Though the bulk of our interests lie within Kusari's borders, the Sisterhood's connection to the Orange Dream is as much a part of us as it ever was. As such, the Maltese nation - and all those under its banner - are valued allies of our cause, as they have been for decades upon decades. Furthermore, as our spheres of influence overlap considerably, I wish to nurture and carry on the excellent relations our peoples have enjoyed for all this time. The Gallic menace stands strong in the Taus, waging war against the Bretonians - a House that has long been, by far, the most progressive and understanding towards both the Maltese people and the Sisterhood. Furthermore, the influence of the Cretans in the Sigma sector is once again on the rise - and though I am sure that Malta's warriors are ever vigilant in curbing their attempts to gain a strong foothold there, this is another matter that the Sisterhood views in the same light.

Therefore, please consider this transmission to be a message from friends. As always, the Rising Sisters of Kusari stand with their allies. Through co-operation and collaboration on our common goals, we can work together to realise our aims and further our interests - both within Kusari's borders and beyond.
