I have a question about cloaks. Can anyone tell me IF there is a difference between a MKII Advanced and an MKIII Cloak? Does a MKIII even exist? I know someone told me the MKIII is a transport cloak and that's what I am looking for. IF MKIII is the way to go how much does it sell for?

Mk1 cloak is for anything upto a cargo space of 120
Mk2 is for anything with a cargo space for up to 900 (I think)
The Mk2 Adv cloak is for anything with a cargo space between 900 and 2199
MK3 is for anything that's 2199+ with cargo space.

Head on over the the tutorial section in the welcome section and look for the Player Base Guide. Scroll down to factory modules and look for the cloaks there. Everything about cloaks is there for you. (Can't link it because I'm on my phone)

edit: Ninja'ed but Major Mayhem up there has pretty much nailed it.
