My name is Mark Phillip Venturer.

I am a member of the Council forces fighting against the gallic onslaught.
But I am no native of Gaul. I have roamed Liberty and the rest of Sirius both as a free miner and as a member of a bretonnian trade company before I traveled to Gallia and joined the gallic Council as an Aspirant.

Now I wish to return from time to time, to visite friends, to trade and to pick up news.

According to Section three, § II. "Small ships." I would like to ask for the clearance to fly my Freighter class vessle in Liberty.
I fly a refitted Courier, a vessle often employed for its sturdiness and speed by Council traders but originally build by the Gallic Brigands. So As detailed in § II it falls under the prohibited ships in Liberty.
I am sending you proof of ship class, ID and affiliation to Liberty with this communication and bid you respond on this channel

A gallic fighter squadron attacked me on the way,
and I managed to disable one of their fighters and escape with the captured Pilot.

He is gagged and bound in my hold at the moment,
