Can you please increase the maximum number of players on the server?
The reason I ask is because with the server population capped at 125, it means NPCs will only spawn when the current population is < 65 players. So for e.g. right now with 85 players on the server NPCs will not spawn which sucks if we are trying to pirate NPC Transports etc.
As a comparison when the server population was capped at 225 Players maximum, NPCs would stop spawning when the number of players in the server > 130.
As it is now, I have to wait til 3 - 4 am SMT before the server population is low enough that NPCs will spawn....
The value isn't tied to the population cap. It's a separate setting in flhook's config that take into account the current server load.
The reason we did this was because the server was highly unstable a few months ago and it has been solved by now. We can look into bringing back some NPCs.
