Need a bit of help please

now i am quite new to freelnacer discovery, but the mod not working quite as i thought

1; First, i am level 38 and i play on SP but when i go to places like Coarsair or Outcast systems and dock to their bases, there arent any missions: i just get a message saying: " Come back when you are more advanced"

2: Based on the first problem i wanted to level up, so i could do missions ( level 38 is high enough i think) but as i open the sheet where shows how much do you have to earn to level up, it says i have to do a mission (i finished the campaign ages ago) and i dont know which mission that is

3: and the last thing: i would have liked to join RP24/7, but as i go to Microsoft Games folder and open FreelancerRP 24/7 icon, go multiplayer, internet, but i never see any server there.

I would really appriciate any help, cause its kinda ruining all the fun if i cant fight any battleships in hard missions.

You have to create a shortcut with this structure
"C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\freelancer.exe" -s82.113.48.5:2302

exactly that, "" included, only changing directory if you installed the game in another place; That will make that once you click multiplayer, and hit either LAN or internet, you will see the server. Remember to have only Discovery mod activated, though.

Now, level 38 is maximun in single player mode. In multiplayer you can go up to 90 based only in assets value, not missions. Anyway, there is nothing you can't buy at lvl 38 in SP if you have high enough rep with sellnig faction.

Well, I can help you with point 3.
http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid= will get you on the server. If you have xfire, you can also put the IP in your favourites there.

Make a character for yourself. It is an RP server, and people are (apparently) impressed when someone new RPs well. Don't powergame. Remember, you're a character making a living.

For the others, I think that Discovery goes very high for levels. I also noticed that I had to do a 'mission' after I completed vanilla FL.

Also, for number 3, make sure your firewall and router is configured properly to allow access to port 2302 so it will show the server

now thanks for replying so fast, i will try and fix the my game, but is there anything i can do to findsome battleship missions cause the highest missions i have seen ingame were 60k credit reward.
