Well, we have a heavy-duty cleaning job, very extensive, and your name came well recommended by Mr. Jason Kelly, our CEO. In his words you are "the perfect guy for that kind of job".

We need to clean all this $#%@&* up, and an assesment of what isn't functional and needs to be replaced right away, and what is functional and can be replaced later. Communications and the docking bays are working, and I stationed a lil' crew there, they can assist you and your team when you arrive.

Let me know what do you need to make that happen, and an estimate of the costs if possible. I know you cannot have exact numbers until you get there, but I need just an idea for now.
