I believe its not just five or six people who applied, so interviewing all would be hell of a work, or not?

Unlikely. The Admins cast a preliminary vote on all candidates prior to interviews. We are working our way down from highest score to lowest. We will cease interviewing once we feel the process has given us a sufficient number of qualified candidates.
