Hello Ladies and Gentleman, I bring you most worrying news from Omega 3. It seems we are faced with a new menace and most grave threat to national security outside those already faced by our great nation.

That being the zoner threat and there so called neutral stance on this occasion cannot be taken as such.

I first became alerted to a potential situation in Omega 3 when I heard of Zoner battleships and carrier classes just recently arrived in from the Omicrons that have decided to setup home in Omega 3.

I got reports of a Nephilim class zoner dread: ZPF-Guardian patrolling the space around FP1 and Palmer Research Station as well as a Zoner Carrier: Wallet
That was seen delivering nomad remains to PRS also.

One assumed therefore that these zoners were carrying our illicit research or were constructing cloaking devices from these alien materials they have been procuring.

Of course I sent my battleship H.M.S Argosax to investigate, upon arrival in Omega 3. Argosax encountered the Zoner Dread in orbit around Freeport 1, checking local databases I found no record of ZPF-Guardian requesting any special dispensations to be allowed to patrol Omega 3 and thus asked it to leave.

After some conversation it seemed the captain of the Guardian was not going to move his ship out of Bretonia stating Omega 3 was an independent system.

I fired warning shots and the guardian returned fire and my ship was heavily damaged.

If this is the attitude of the employees of Palmer Research Station then I fear what else they might capable of having such little disregard for the law or it servants.

Well I guess my fears have been confirmed with the discovery of this sales channel in which Palmer Research Station is openly selling cloaking devices to anyone who can pay them and offering docking clearance to anyone also.

This is a worry as to who these zoners might sell this advanced technology to or allow docking rights too, PRS could be used as a staging post by pirates against our convoys in Omega 3. If these cloaks fall into the wrong hands they maybe used against us while we are supplying them the materials to build these devices.
