Good Evening to any of you who read this Transmission,
I am Director Tempora of the Crayter Intelligence Service. I am contacting you today on behalf of the Crayter Republic. As I was sifting through some records I slid upon files of the old Sevastopol Division, including it's Cooperation with the Revolutionary Army. Since then our work together has faded into a mere shadow of the past. I find this shameful to say the least.

As such the purpose of this Transmission is to reestablish contact to our old allies, and get a first hand account of our current positions in relation to our old Alliance. I would be delighted about a reply with your look on the matter.

"I apologize for the delay in this message as life has a strange way of creeping upon you while your back is turned. Nonetheless I will not leave your questions unanswered Director.

The Coalition People's Republic and the Cayter Republic once shared close ties in the ever-present struggle against both the so-called 'Kingdom of Gallia' and the Maltese Cardamine Trade. We put aside any political differences we had in the name of the greater good of Sirius and strove to restore the peace in our Sector that has been threatened by these interlopers and mal-formed minds from both Gallia and Malta. We even at some point had access to one of your fine Battleships which was eventually returned to the Republic along with it's support ships under the Sevastopol Division. However as with most relationships our decayed due to a lack of talking and interaction with one another in several endeavors which eventually led to a state of somewhat friendly neutrality by the end. The People's Republic has since then found itself harder pressed against policing Maltese, smuggler and Gallic activities in the Taus due to a lack of remaining trust and understanding previously forged by our respective leaderships.

The fact that the CIS has contacted us concerning this degradation of ties is a symptom of finally 'feeling' said loss, I am not proud of the fact the Coalition hasn't made much effort in the restoration of these ties in the past. However, if the Crayter Republic wishes to try to salvage what we had in the past the People's Republic is willing to listen and help the process of finding the path back to the road of friendship, prosperity and cooperation between our Nations and their respective naval forces."

Premier,

I am pleased to make your acquaintance. The tear in the relations between our nations is a grave thing, that is indeed felt. Though I believe no one here had looked into it seeing a recent massive change in command structure and ways we work. During a recent working of papers I found reports of the Sevastopol Division and our past cooperation, I believe we may be able to bring that back.

The Crayter Republic still actively combats the Gallic Interlopers and the Maltese Sniffers and Smugglers, we despise them to the core, as you do as well. These activities, if we can put aside our differences, will be much easier handled if we work together. As a start, I believe this could be the right step towards rebuilding our past cooperation and watching it prosper into a much greater thing. Our Military is far streched in our operations in the Taus, but if you agree, I will get word out to our forces that they can rely on your man to stand beside them against the intruders.

"The Coalition is willing to cooperate against the continuing threats from both Gallia and Malta alongside the Crayter Republic for the common good of all Sirius, so long as these issues continue more lives will be destroyed by their acts of aggression and malice towards Sirians everywhere.
