Well, if you could explain me this, I would be really happy. My sister was dealing with a SCC scum (who was working for Liberty Navy, but this does NOT interest us) and then one of your men started shooting at me: chilling with a filthy porn magazine and watching battle time to time.
And right now I'm on Houston, tractored by my beloved sis, with my precious Moray pressumably already scavenged by Junkers - wounded and pissed off like never before.

Guten Abend, Herr Velasquez.
I have to admit, I am a bit surprised that you require a formal explanation from the Rheinwehr regarding the circumstances of your job; one would assume that you are in possession of enough experience to be aware of the hazards involved with the fulfillment of a bounty contract in the middle of a battlefield.
The Freud, a Secondary Fleet Battleship not even under the Rheinwehr Hauptflotte's direct jurisdiction, was helping the Rheinwhehr fighters partaking in this evening's Texas mission by providing a flak screen against hostile (Liberty Navy and Coalition) fighters approaching its hull. Your sister was tasked with taking down the Coalition bombers attacking the Freud. She was unlucky enough to be caught by a stray shot, meant for the ship she was chasing, rather than her.
Such incidents can occur during a live firefight, as I trust you understand. I am glad your sister survived the incident though, I also hope her ship was insured.

If it was a stray shot, like, destoying my ship with continuous and intentional barrages, I must question RM-Freud's captain ability to command his vessel. Just saying. I'm not sure who had lead that vessel, but he has a solid kick into his balls from me, for his complete incompetency and lack of ability to distinguish targets from uninvolved vessels.
Hey, will you guys calm down please? It's not that this ship can't be replaced, you know Big Bro?
Anyway, to our Admiral here *salutes without big enthusiasm*, my brother has a point. The Freud did shoot him down on intention, without him even being involved in the bounty contract I was flying for your bunch of soldiers. While your snub pilots seemed really decent and made a good firework, the captain of the Freud however did ignore the Rheinwehrs orders multiple times (he for example insisted on shooting on snubcraft instead of obeying the order to focus on capital ships).
I suggest taking him down to a little interrogation to check if he's the victim of Harris Syndrome, perhaps.

Miss Velasquez,
While I understand your feelings entirely, I am afraid that we have seen no evidence.... or even, no indication that the Captain of the Freund deliberately fired at your vessel, other than words forwarded by an angry bounty hunter pair.
As thus, it is unnecessary for us to conduct an investigation on the case, I can only trust that you will get a replacement for your ship in due time. I can also advise you to stay clear of military operations, as such disappointing accidents tend to happen.
Vizeadmiral Hummel over and out.
