Old ships are deep red and there are no bribes. If you cannot bribe BHG any more (bc old ship and green), you are kind of totally screwed over.

im in favor of either having a bribe on FP11 as well, or increasing the positive Core rep gain from shooting Order NPCs. Both would be great, so to have options.
