AMD has eyefinity, that enlarges your game automatically without changing any of the ini files, it doesn't look bad I've used it once but it's not my type of style
Go to your desktop -> right click -> amd setting/control center -> AMD eyefinity
If you should have gotten an nvidia card you can do the same it's called "Nvidia Surround" or so
and no it should not be detected as cheating, as you are not changing any ini files regarding fov. Your gpu will simply render larger frames
Also for the 1000th time now, he said he wants to use it on his own server so why do you keep telling him he could be banned. Read his posts instead of just the title and posting some random stuff

What actually happens when you attempt to follow the instructions in the link on your Discovery mod installation? How does it fail, exactly? If it simply runs at full screen on your central monitor, have you tried pressing Alt+Enter to switch to Windowed mode (the game might then take your desired resolution settings)?
