Ashley Harper appears on screen, giving a Kusarian style bow, leaning back up and giving a slight wink as well, a friendly one at least. "Greetings GMG members, my name is Ashley Harper. I'm not sure if any of you remember us, however the Solar Runner's in the past were allowed into Okinawa and allowed to stay under the condition that we helped however we could; including with system defense if needed. I understand if this seems like a strange request however many of our pilots and captains still are remaining within the Okinawa system itself. Due to this, we Runner's were personally wondering if it was possible to keep our small home inside the system for those Runner's that wish to remain there. We normally take home up either on Furyuku station or rarely on Planet Miura. And normally our capital class vessels remain in Sigma-19, either moored to Gas Miner Ogashawa for the smaller vessels or the larger capital vessel's remain on the move within either or system's. I'm not sure what you know of the old deal, but in return of allowing us to stay in Okinawa, we in return offer the GMG access to a few things we do."

"The first we can offer is exploration and research notes, many of our Runner's are explorers and researchers who do their own thing and explore space in-depth. As a matter of fact, we helped Interspace and the GMG develop a few cloaking devices for their ships and helped locate a few possible gas locations in the Omicrons and Omegas. Our research however extends quite far, involving many things ranging from medical science to in-depth alien archeology (In which we had the Order's help for) and many other fields, our head researchers include the Harper's family, the Wolf's family and a few other families that I will include later. The next thing we can offer is jump ships; While I understand you may not wish to use them, several of our ships have the ability to jump a few systems from each other, and I will say this, we are indeed allied still to the Order and other Zoner factions, so if needed, we can jump your vessels to the Mu system and back to Okinawa if required. Our flagship, the Solar Runner Super-carrier Ares is equipped with a jump drive, enabling the ship to move several systems in a short time. The third thing we can offer is our logistics fleet. While we don't have a mighty trading force such as yours, we do however have access to several stations around Sirius to bring the GMG (and IC and Kishiro) cargo that they might need, myself run the logistics and know what my guys are capable of.. The fourth thing we can offer is our diplomatic support; this is the second the Solar Runner's are known for. I'm going to be blunt, our people don't like fighting or seeing it, and we strive for peace and ways we can help it. Our diplomatic leader, Joseph Wolf and his brother are known diplomats of the Solar Runner's who have seen the thick and thin of waning ties of war and peace. The fifth thing we can offer is a bit more space or protection of your system upon your request if needed, we have several ships with plenty of space for your people still today if you request this."

"Again this is all up to the two parties to decide together so until both agree that we may, we'll remain within the Sigma-19 system, however we will continue to offer our support into the future whenever needed. We await your response."

I looked through the records of how the old guild masters interacted with the Solar Runners. You are defiantly people we could gather and drink Ucha with. The only thing I don't quite understand is, why do you offer so much to us without asking that much in return? We would never ask you to leave your home ports. I can name yuchi things we would think of before asking someone to leave.

But, onto the services you have, those sparked a little interest. Our research and development team is extremely small, and adding a few people to assist in their projects would be beneficial to the existance of the Commonwealth in the Sigmas. Even if by contract, we would welcome your people to help us make our home a better place. As for a logistics fleet, we will contact you if needed but please make use of them yourself and grow. The Solar Runners seems like a very interesting group we would like to keep around and watch flourish.

The only comments I have is towards you capitals and protection. We ask the capitals don't float in space around major trade routes. As for protection, we are striving to make the Sigmas a safe place, but understand personal escort is a need. So long as your vessels follow the Mandate we see no issues that can occur. We hope we can work together in the future.

GMG welcomes you to Okinawa, the Solar Runner's have been our friends for many years and our research and development department is in need of new ideas, we're still a large company with many contracts to forfil so the use of your technology to jump systems will be a crave to our delight, as our logo states "we fuel sirius" and as you know that's a vast amount of space to for-fill. It is our delight that you announce your return to our common wealth. Known stations in our sector, still carries ties with Interspace Commerce and finally the Stone Brothers have been granted the ownership of Shuri Station so I'd start diplomatic terms with them however it may be nice to note that if you're at least neutral to us then you'll have docking access to that station.

We have plenty of money awaiting new ideas and technology.
