Need some help with my LR- character

So I joined the LR- official faction, I PM'ed @sindroms on Skype and he added me "blah blah ect ect"

I asked him about this, but he hasn't responded yet, so I just assume he is busy or just hasn't checkked his skype in a while, which im ok with, happens to me alot!

so rather than spamming his skype, I decided to ask the forums

I need some help putting the LR- Tag on my ship Potential.Target, as i believe i need special permission to use it!
