Consequences:
Not wanting to comply with someone inRP is perfectly fine. Although when you start to insult them in a way which obviously says you aren't insulting the 'character', but the 'player' behind it? That's when you start to break rules, and make the Admins unhappy with you.
Do not start using bad language, even if it's not in English.
On top of that, you also disconnected after you dropped your colorful words, as soon as you started to be attacked for it. I know of taking the easy way out, although that easy way out, happens to be covered in rule 1.2
You'll find that your ship is in jail, as well as some credits having been removed from it.

Im understand both of rules, but what u say, did not happen correctly. They insulted me first, im just defense myself. As what u say is my language is bad... its racist for me.
For what happens I think im not the evil in this game. Im not hunt nobody without reason, its funny i play with cargoship... lots of time my cargo was empty when they shoot me down, and askin me to money...20-30mil\person is it correct? Its the rp? If im in another system they write to me in private chat to pay 10mil 20 mil, when its happens i write them back, but i think im not insulted them..

Yes, I disconnected, but im not just disconnected, Im exit the whole game. If im stay maybe answered them back, and u call that racist and hateful content.

From the server logs I saw, they insulted your 'character' - It wasn't even that bad of an insult. Defending yourself inRP is fine and all, although the fact that you swapped to another language paired with your general attitude overall, really shows it wasn't your intent to insult them back inRP.
If you think that another player is breaking a rule, make a report. If it's legitimate, we'll do the same thing that you're going through now.
As for rule 1.2 - You still haven't showed me that you understand that it's something you can't do. You merely confirmed that you exited the game.
