i cant do stuff in the game .. help !

i cannt see stuff like IDs and some weapons like minirazor ..
i need to buy an ID and i cant see one in the whole game to buy one ..... none one !
my mod is bugged ,,, its really a problem ,, maby i installed it wrong .. i donno :angry::angry::(
