I'm going to take the risk of a sanction here, but I feel the need to clear up a few things, mostly pertaining to the 1.3 violation.
Hannibal312 and the good doctor are the same ship. How do I know this? I was nearby when it was renamed.
For the record, I met him as Core|APM-Philmont, and I met him and St.Denis in Omicron-100 earlier, I forget when.
St.Denis was helping him with his ID crisis and name change. Apparently, the guy could buy the Order cruiser, but not the Order ID. Thankfully, St.Denis beamed the ID into his hold and mounted it for him.
Later, St.Denis PM'd me in-game and told me to go easy on him because his grasp on English seemed to be tenuous at best.
If the stuff I have put out isn't relevant, then I accept any sanctions placed upon me for my mistake.
Apparently there was another report on him, and even St.Denis said he "gives up". We'll get this sorted out. I'm not going to sanction you because I know you posted this bona fide Paladin; you couldn't know there was newer report and more incidents involving this player, but you wanted to help according to the best knowledge of this case you had. For this, I thank you.
