Guten Tag, Sehr geehrteer pilot of the ship Kruger|Xi-51 and Sehr geehrter representative of Krüger Mineralien. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

I´m contacting your regarding the issue of cloak device which I saw mounted on the mentioned ship on my patrol two days ago at the orbit of Planet Nuremberg. I asked the pilot about it, but then member of VWA appeared on scanner so I had to move to check his intentions and Kruger ship left the area in the meantime. You can see the evidence hier:

Since pilot didn´t answer my question regarding permission for use of cloak, and I didn´t find the ship on the list of those permitted for use special equipment, I ask you to submit said permission.

Or, in case there is not any, I would like to hear explanation why Kruger ship is using this special equipment without permission and what are you going to do about it.

It has been a while since our last contact and I am saddened its a contact involving these matters, but we are all doing our work.

This inquiry might be a bit a problem with new added laws and paperwork that fell behind a little. I will not waste too much of your time and will explain it to you very shortly. We requested some time ago permissions for cloak usage from Kanzler Rheinhardt. The request was about a blanket request for cloak usage on Fighters, bombers, the DU5-7Y "Hegemon", 204-ARKM-B10 "Ragnar" and the 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth". After the Bundeskanzleramt decided to agree with the request in full for all ships of the Krüger Mineralien where the ships have a callsign of Kruger|.

I have included the transmissions to Kanzler Rheinhardt in here and are meant for your eyes only.

I am sorry, if this information did not reach your desk. We should have notified you when the changes on these matters came. My sincere apologies.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrtee vorsitzender Schmidt.

You are correct that notification from your corporation to respective registry after change of laws and registering system would have prevent my questions to your pilot and this whole message. The permission by Kanzler Rheinhardt was issued quite a bit in the past and it is no surprise that this information was not passed from Bundeskabinett Sekretariat into registry, which polizei started to administrate much later.

Anyway, I´m glad the issue was cleared out and no law violation was committed. I will order update of the extraordinary equipment registry, so the Kruger ships will be added there, immediately.
