Freighters in 4.85

I seem to recall hearing somewhere that freighters are being rebalanced for 4.85, becoming more multi-purpose ships rather than just a stepping-stone on the way to transports. Is this correct? Will they be good enough to, for example, use for pirating rather than a VHF or bomber? And will all Houses be getting a rebalanced 'Mk. 2' freighter?

I haven't heard this rumor yet, but in sense to balance they game out I would think that they would, in regards to that as well, I would like to see more LF out there.

Actually, freighters are supposed to be like fighters, but slower due to increased cargohold.
