Lieutenant Victoria Blake has shown continued improvement and demonstrated their skills in the field. As such, by order of the Admiralty they are promoted to Lieutenant Commander.
Vice Admiral Allen B. Bradley Jr, after many years serving the Liberty Navy and 5th Fleet, has elected to retire from his service. The Admiralty would like to thank him for his faithful service to the Fleet, and wish him the best of luck in future endeavors.
Captain Alexander S. Kingston has shown significant command potential and has been chosen to be promoted to Commodore and been assigned to LIBWESTCOM as the commanding officer of the forces present. Do us proud, Commodore.

Cadet John Sherman has completed his basic training and has been promoted to Ensign.
Lieutenant John Clark has displayed excellent skills and has shown their dedication to the service. Earning their promotion to Lieutenant Commander.
Lieutenant Commander Antoine Duhamel has displayed excellent leadership skills and great determination in combat. Earning their promotion to Commander.
Ensign John Sherman has met all the requirements for the promotion to Lieutenant.
