However it appears the plugin configuration has not been updated to reflect the "Food Rations" commodity split (There is now 3 identical food ration commodities) and resulted in several owners finding their bases unable to build or repair due to the riot system.
This has now been fixed.
If you have lost your base to this, please contact the administration ASAP.
