Quote:1. All bounties must be posted on the forum. If you attack another player to claim a bounty and the bounty is not posted on the forum, you are open to a PvP abuse sanction.
4. Mercenaries, freelancers and bounty hunters may be hired on the spot in game by non-generic IDed players to assist with a combat without a forum post. The other parties involved in the combat must be made aware of this.
Consequences:
When you take an in-game bounty, you must be hired on the spot that means in game at the time of engagement which in your case you were not, secondly you agree by taking a bounty and such bounty is not posted on the forum, you are open to a PvP abuse sanction and finally posting a bounty afterwards does not change the situation you find your self in.
You will find that your account is significantly lighter in credits.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

Ah yes , i figure it was this case.
I told him bounty is placed for his head by LNS-Belgrade , which is actually my character . Naturally , i don't intend to collect bounty from my self , i put bounty to discourage that player not to attack miners in Penn .
In that particular case , i was paid by players presented in system , who did ask my help , but since they are both pretty new(i sorta help/guide and protect them in game from the start) , we may not formulated that just right :
LR player later complained in PM to me that i dint told him that those two hired me . Like i don't need it anyway , as a freelancer , i believe i can protect those miners in Penn , i don't need a bounty for that , and as a freelancer i certainty i don't have to tell truth (in role play) why i attack somebody (freelancers do as they please , they will support one faction today , some other tomorrow).
If this isn't enough to justify me , i will accept punishment .

2. All faction IDs are allowed to claim bounties within their zone of influence. Generic IDs are only allowed to claim bounties if clearly specified in the ID description.
3. Players are required to claim for kills made under a bounty contract within three days time. Board owners are required to forward payment of the claimed bounties at least once every two weeks.
4. Mercenaries, freelancers and bounty hunters may be hired on the spot in game by non-generic IDed players to assist with a combat without a forum post. The other parties involved in the combat must be made aware of this.
5. The minimum acceptable bounty payment, including blanket bounties, will be 1 million Sirius credits. Bounties larger than this are acceptable. No bounties smaller than 1 million credits will be valid or acceptable for posting.
Please note Rule 4, it is quite specific on who can collect and who can post on-the-spot Bounties.
The Post, placing the Bounty on the said Person, was posted after the effect and therefore wasn't valid at time of Death.

^ Yes , i understand all that , but like i said , i come there to PROTECT players from that pirate as a Freelancer , not as Bounty Hunter to collect any bounty . All that was paid to me after kill was gifts , i dint ask them not before , and not after kill , and since those two who paid me are new , i RP "thank you for bounty" with them a little .
I come in system , i see him tying to pirate my friends , i warn him to go away or to be killed , he refused , next is kill time after some RP . All that has talked after that is RP , like his question "Wha... you havin' a bounty on mah head?" , or his PM questions where is bounty placed , and my PM explanations on my Bounty that DID exist before incident .
As for Bounty placed by me , i did post one for same person earlier , but it was deleted by @Jazzi D , who send me that message at 02-26-2016, 10:11 PM, as not good enough :

Bounty Board posts are in roleplay.
Your recent bounty post is clearly not roleplay - despite signing off with a ship name. Please repost with amendments if you wish to continue bountying the player.
Original bounty was placed before incident , i just dint check my messages until day after to see that it was deleted because i dint put in RP enough .
One currently active was placed after incident , when i check PM and see notification .
But , once again , in my opinion , all this is invalid , because i attacked him as freelancer , to protect my friends , not to claim any bounty !
Cheers ! !
