Hello there. You've been a constant pain to the staff. The moderators have thrown you into so many tempbans, that the file we keep on all the infringements players have done is getting rather large under your name. It's intimidating.
We just recently put you on Probation. Hoping that you'd get the point that your chances have run dry. Though just today, we see a post which clearly shows that you haven't gotten the point.
Consider yourself banned indefinitely. We've given you your chances.
Circumvent this forum ban, and we will ban you from the ingame portion of Discovery as well. I suggest you don't risk it.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Chuba didn't see the sanction thread. Him making a thread via an alt, which looked like circumvention, is purely misconception and miscommunication.
Chuba might not have been the brighest to get into these specific circumstances, but I know he's not dumb enough to deliberatly circumvent with an alt less than 10 minutes after being perma'd. He'd have nothing to gain from that. I don't think anyone in the community would.
I am talking about this 'infringement' specifically. It was human error (so basically he didn't refresh the forums every 2 seconds) which created that thread. There was no malicious intent.
Can the admins not do that thing where they ignore someone trying to point out a mistake they've made. I know there's admins around right now. And I highly doubt that analysing my post requires another admin vote.
Your appeal has been voted on and your access to the server and forums has been restored.
Your forum account is now on probation for the standard 6 months.
We hope that your overall attitude towards the place has changed.
