I am contacting you to clear any doubts on licensing process regarding restricted export to the Taus.

In first place you may want to see the Kusari Legal Codex, where it is described the process that have to be followed in order to obtain any type of Kusari licenses,
along with current laws and regulations.

Unfortunately, it appears your STF convoy run into some new KNF recruits that wasn't prepared yet to handle a situation like this and made an understandable mistake
in good faith, improvising.

Let me make clear that no Kusari license can be obtained by an encounter in space with any Kusari representative of sort, except very few cases.
A formal request have to reach the KNF High Command where it will be taken into consideration, discussed and eventually approved or denied.

Our offices are willing to consider those 30 millions of credits received as an advance payment for the money deposit needed for an eventual export group license request that may reach the KNF High Command in a near future, or, credits can be sent back to you if such is your will.

I do not know who you are Markus, but be advised that most of the STF is running with escort at all times
and if it is report that you are pirating the vessels of STF, we do have BH resources to contract.
--on a side note... read messages from the Diplo --me --Gorva and you will see its suggested donations not required. We of the STF are still getting up and running. we are not as large or as financially backed as say KNF or Liberty Navy. We therefore ask out members to contribute a bit to the larger funds for all.

I'd just like to state that I think that the daily tax is a poor idea, better to do a voluntary donation to the bank of a % of what you made trading that day. I suggest 10% if not much and or you traded on your own that day and/or used the funds for non STF purposes (OORP: another characther) a tad more (half prehaps) if you convoyed with other STF members especily under STF or hired escort.
Also, I'd like to state that these donations should be voluntary. However if we notice a particular person is barley donating or not at all, and is quite active in trading, then something might be said/done
