Let me introduce myself, I am Rob Serlax, The Director within Mithranian Research Institute, yes you did take down our main Installation earlier yesterday. I was unable to inform to reply to you as I was away conducting some "research" in the nearby system of Omega-55. And I was unreachable for quite some time, but as Soon as I received word that our Installation was under attack, I plotted a course to Omega-9. However as I was Deep inside a Nomad System, I could not drop my Cloaks therefore reached Omega-9 too late.
After I made it to Omega-9 I did receive your hail via Neural Net, but it was already too late. It was and will be my fault.
I am contacting you because of a proposition I'd wish to make. In your Neural Entry you "asked" for 40 million credits per month and docking rights for your ships as well.
We are very interested in building another Installation into Omega-9 as It's proximity to Omega-55 and other Nomadic Systems. Without the House law, that system is perfect for us. Therefore I would like to ask a "permission" to build in Omega-9.
We are willing to pay up to 60 million credits per month, however as Our research is "sensitive" we can not grant docking rights right away, Only trough mutual work and cooperation that will lead to permanent right to dock with our base.
I hope those terms are suffice as we are not a militaristic group, but we try to avoid conflict whenever possible and come to a more "understanding" terms.
