"It is good to hear from the IRG after such a period of silence and your reasoning for the pause is understandable.
In any case the People's Republic has started it's first down-payment to the IRG for it's services rendered and will pay the next down payment in a timely manner."

Good evening -
Payment has been received. Thank you for the first down-payment. I expect a team should be arriving within the week, though if you do not receive a comm by weeks end, please inform me and I will provide an ETA on their arrival, though I suspect that won't be needed.
As a side note, are there any small materials that the Coalition require that we may bring with us? Would be a shame t' arrive with an empty hold, should the Coalition be in need.

"Mykolaiv Research Station is always welcoming additional Engine Components, if IRG were to bring a shipment it would go quite a long way, the local quartermasters have an allotment of Sirius Credits dedicated to the payment of either allies or neutral entities who seek to trade on our facilities so your captains would be compensated on site for materials brought.
The Premier's Office hopes to speak with the IRG again soon on the Mir Project should any developments arise."

Good day -
I believe we can accommodate that request. I'll ensure my team picks up a few crates on their way. We've hit a delay in dispatching the teams, but that should soon be rectified. Apologies once again for the delay.

"Delays are to be expected so we are not concerned about that, we would rather have the done 'Done Right' than 'Done Early' in any case. The next payment will occur upon construction start and will be slightly larger than the last payment due to the economy being strengthened due to our recent profitable sales of war-materials known as Volgograd Ordinance.
Keep us apprised of the progress when you are able to and as always the Ministry of Plenty is available should there be any other requests for materials."

Good afternoon -
I've just received a report that my team has arrived safely within Coalition space on the carrier Arduinna. Majority of the hold was comprised of our own materials as well as the team, so they were only able t' bring 104 creates of Engine Components. I hope that will suffice for now.
My team should be beginning assembly work shortly, with the help of your construction crews if possible as well. We will be constructing the rings in pieces, and will need t' have them offloaded from Zhukovsky and put into stationary orbit above the planet. At which time a repair ship will be needed in order t' assembly the final pieces together.
This is an exciting time I can imagine, and I look forward t' seeing the rings operational, as the Coalition will be receiving the first functional model of the Ingenuus-built Docking Rings.

"Your message has been received, the Engine Components have been transferred to production facilities that utilize them in their efforts.
As for the primary reason for your people being here, the Ministry of Plenty can divert a Pioneer Division from JiangXi's planetside operations to aid in the construction efforts and take some of the load off of your own people. Both facilities on Zhukovsky Station and in Santiago Colony on JiangXi have made space for manpower and materials if needed for the construction effort. Should additional equipment be required that was not foreseen previously 'crop up' we can request Volgograd Industrial to divert a shipment or two of whatever supplies are needed in your direction as our Mining Colony on Estergebirge is starting to produce resources that will alleviate the Economy's stress.
In the old times under both Grand Admiral McIntosh and former Premier Alvin Katz the use of a Docking Ring had been seen as un-necessary and even something to fear. Premier Warner however sees this technology as a golden opportunity for both ourselves and your Research Group to explore territory formerly held by greedy monopolies such as Agiera Technologies or Solar Engineering. As such this is very exciting for our people and our scientific community. If this project proves successful and there is enough popular support after this endeavor we may request the expertise of the IRG further for Volgograd itself."
