There's this line in the Corse ID, specifically stating that they can do bounties and escort contracts, but nowhere is it mentioned wether this applies only in their ZOI or just everywhere.
How does this work? Can i for example sign up on Liberty BB and hunt Rogues, or am i limited to Gallia and the Tau's?

I think its self explanatory really given common sense would suggest a UC ID'd player ZOI is not sirius and thus could not collect bounties in Liberty.
