First, The Inner Phalanx extends its well wishes for your personal health and the state of the Commonwealth of House Liberty. The intention of this missive is to provide you with an inquiry in regards to territorial claims and construction permits. The Inner Phalanx has taken an interest in the system of Kansas, due to the solitude and security it provides, as well as the unique nature of the region proving to be a point of interest for research. The system its self being underdeveloped and un-populated, we believe it to be a suitable point to establish ourselves. Thus, the Inner Phalanx has the following inquiries.

- The Inner Phalanx wishes to inquire about taxation and permit documentation for the potential construction of a facility planet-side/in space within the system of Kansas, under the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth.

- In addition to the above, an inquiry in regards to legality concerns and potential restrictions put in place by the Commonwealth and the Hellfire Legion.
