you cant do that now man its to late you all ready built there somthing like that you need to do well before you start building not after a attack declaration has already been made, its not how things are done, and its nether of them i was referring to any how it was factions such as AFC or HF or the simple fact that there's a lane hackers and a rouge base in that system and they both will most like have some form of claim there, your idea was good mate to build there but you should have asked around a bit first and done some planing and diplomacy
