I was jolly well traveling through California on some Internal Rogue Decisions,
when a Whale by the name of 'Businessman' flew by. Now, Whales flying by
are a usual sight to me, in fact I'm usually having a chat with them.
The unusual thing about this Whale is he was flying a Rogue transponder.
The fellow didn't respond at first to my hails, so I mentioned that I could make
his business quite unprofitable.
"Tell me and if I'm satisfied I'll leave you alone. Ignore me and I'll make your business unprofitable."
Finally he hailed back and replied that he was "Smuggling for the Outcasts". Now this would
usually be ok... however.. his jolly attitude left something to be desired. I asked him what he
was smuggling. He replied that he was smuggling "Cardamine".
As you know the Rogues, have a deal with the Outcasts. We take a cut of any shipment found traveling through Liberty.
Now...I wonder. Was this 'Businessman' actually working for the Outcasts? And if so, why was he flying
Rogue colors? And why when I asked for 100 units or the profit thereof of jolly shipment to be sent to the Boss...why did he flatly refuse to pay a simple fee of 100 units? Are the Outcasts LOOKING for trouble with the Rogues?
If he is not working for the Outcasts, might I suggest that you cease his supply. By any means necessary.
As for our patch, we'll certainly be looking out for him. If he is indeed working for the outcasts I suggest you remind him of our agreement, or for his own safety tell him to avoid Liberty in the future. If the deals aren't upheld, then we cannot guarantee traders passage through Liberty.
Awaiting your reply in jolly eagerness
