My name is Bard. I am the Ambassador for The WISE.
I do not make policy, but attempt to explain the decisions and policies of our community. If you are interested in speaking with us about agreements, treaties or other topics, I will be the one with whom you should negotiate.
We are an ancient community and trace our devotion and our beginings back to the Holy Roman Empire on Old Earth. We serve The ONE and have complete devotion and fealty to His teachings.
Our current political leader is Jack the Knave. Our Military and operational leader is Cadfael.
We have just arrived in this part of the universe, though we have travelled through it often under other circumstances and under other names.
Many have questioned us as we have traded across Sirius as to our motives and background. We will explain ourselves more fully as time goes by. As for now, consider this greeting one of friendship for all. We come to serve as we are called to do.
If we can be of assistance to any (especially newcomers) we offer our services without expectations of repayment.

Your apology is certainly accepted. A diplomatic 'faux pas' is not an uncommon thing when new peoples meet. Though not the proper forum for such a discussion, the premise of ontological anarchy is not unknown to me. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to continue our discussion in a more appropriate setting. As for now, let us not speak of it again in this arena.
We have come to this universe to settle and join in community with those who share some of the principles that we hold dear. Hopefully, we can find common ground in order that our communities can thrive, prosper, and learn.
Currently our clan will be taking on the ID Tag of the Orbital Spa and Cruise.
Cadfael will not take on the Military Command at this time and will focus on Operations.
We should be making every effort to conform to the roles of Orbital Spa and Cruise. Transporting people will become our primary direction. We will also have to transport the goods to the various planets and facilities around Sirius.
We will also have units that transport prisoners.
Our primary protection will be afforded to us by Half_Masque and whomever we can get to help us in this endeavor. Make sure you pay for the protection you need. We do not need dissatisfied customers or escaped criminals on our hands.
Any smuggling and illegal activity should cease from this time forward. Do not let hear of any problems in this area!
As we grow and become more cohesive as a working entitiy in this universe, we will attempt to announce the developments and the changes as they are decided.

I shall say this once, Eris, cross the line with the ONE's emmisaries, and no amount of discord will protect you from me. On that note, this will proably never happen. I take my orders from wiser people, and will not harm you unless you are deemed a threat. So far you have not done so. Thank you for your time.
