I had to read your report three times to make sure I was not misreading it. You state "was involved in a fight with a Navy character who was forced to dock I sent him a smiley face afterwords and he was rather angry saying "Don't PM me.". I briefly switched characters and saw that he had re logged in Pennsylvania" The switching of your characters means he was free to be in Pannsylvania. You start a conversation with an inaccurate premise, become as "angry" as he was and then ask him to stop pming you. You are lucky this is a warning .
