My ping used to be 40ms and even after the server got moved or whatever and players reported high ping mine was stable but now suddenly it went up to 160ms, any solution?

South African Player here.
Server used to be 160 ms ping now its 250+ms and it constantly drops connection?
Current state is unplayable. Any fixes ?
