"Hello Black Squadron admirals. It has come to my attention
by multiple sources that you have a pilot in your ranks that
needs a bit of tweaking. This pilot goes by the name of
Lieutenant Eduard Dominik (Bs|Lt_Eduard.Dominik). Now
normally my fleet doesn't intervene with the Black Squadron's
duties. Though from countless reports I've received I must
speak out for the good of the Order.

Lieutenant Dominik has been reported to me, Commodore
Caitlyn Schauers for the following:
- Attacking an unknown bomber without warning or questioning
within Planet Toledo vicinity.
Pilot was then reported to be lost and trying to get the right
direction. When he tried to respond to another pilot He was
instead shot at and destroyed by Lt. Dominik without warning
or a word from the Lieutenant.

-Insulting Order Independents which speaks for itself.


Those two acts alone are not what I recall the Black Squadron
should be doing. I am sorry to have to report this but
you have a rogue pilot that needs to be dealt with. He
has insulted me and multiple other vessels in the Order
independent fleet along with innocent pilots who, in this
event, lost there ship and had to go acquire a new one.

I dont know how you guys run things on your end but I do know
we don't shoot first and ask questions later.

For the good of the Order I ask that all ships involved in this
matter respond, in kind. If you are not linked to this investigation
type deal. Please do not respond to this transmission as it does
not need more of a mess than there is already.
